Ceramics
Our unique collectible ceramics pieces are created either in limited edition runs, approximately 1- 4 pots in each collection or are made order, but again in very limited quantities. Some of the larger plant vessels are so involved and intricate to produce, that the production time is 6-8 weeks. As these are collectible pieces we work on a pre-order system, so your piece is made bespoke specifically for you, only once your order has been placed and payment made in full. Orders are placed on all collections on a monthly production cycle and delivered 4-10 weeks later dependent on collection, the lead time for each piece is detailed clearly on each product page.
If you order a plant with a ceramic plant vessel you can choose to wait to have both delivered at the same time or order the items for separate delivery.
Plants
All of our plants are large scale established plants, shipped to order. Due to the current Covid and Brexit circumstances, the precious nature and scarcity of plants available of this scale, the amount of space required to house and care for these items, we require between 7-14 days lead time for our plants. We place orders every week with deliveries hand packaged and delivered within a week of their arrival.
Plant Maintenance
It's important to water your plants when you receive them, to familiarise yourself with their care instructions and begin a regular maintenance routine thereafter. Returns
Ceramics
Once your bespoke piece has been ordered and payment made in full, your item is non-refundable as it is a bespoke commission. Each piece is crafted by hand and only perfect pieces reach our collection. Each piece will be hand delivered to your door, fully checked, safely packaged and in perfect condition. Please notify us within 24 hours if you find any flaws in the piece, if we find that there is a production fault the piece will be exchanged, after this time we will not be able to make any changes. The pieces have been made specifically for the purpose of being functional plant vessels, however sufficient and appropriate care must be taken whilst using and handling these precious items, as they are hand made forms from natural materials that must be handled with care.
We will not be able to replace any items outside of the initial 24hr period damaged through accident or negligence.
Plants
Cancellations: we accept cancellations of plant orders at any time up until the date the order is placed to meet your delivery deadline. After this time we are unable to accept order cancellations, as all items are shipped to order.
All plants are checked by us in person for any defects and carefully hand delivered to you. We only send out plants that are healthy and representative of the photography on the site, and are confident you will be satisfied with your purchase. Each plant is unique and will have natural variations and imperfections as a result of its individual growth process. However, if your plant arrives damaged please contact us within 24 hours to initiate a replacement or refund.
If you are dissatisfied for any other reason such as plant size or shape, you are eligible for a swap of the same item within the 24 hour window, the replacement item will need to be ordered and will arrive in the next shipment. We ask that you contact us within 24 hours of receiving your plant. Please note the delivery fee is non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
