Monstera deliciosa

£115.00

A favourite of most indoor gardeners and also called the Swiss cheese plant. Monstera are native to tropical forests from southern Mexico to Panama. The plant has thick stems and large, glossy leaves with distinct splits and holes that develop as the leaf ages. Do not allow the soil to dry completely, water once the top 3-5 cm of soil has dried, during the growing season. Be careful not to overwater during the winter months and allow the soil to dry almost completely before watering again. The best soil for a Monstera is well draining and has a good amount of organic compost.
