Also called a Madagascar palm, as a native of Madagascar, but not a palm, this succulent has an incredible thorny stem with thin elongated leaves at the end of each stem. Ideal for spaces with lots of direct sunlight and low humidity. Allow the soil to dry almost completely before thoroughly watering during the growing season, reduce watering until soil is completely dry in the winter months and try to avoid watering the stem. Use a free draining soil when potting.
